Key roles and responsibilities:

• Ensure that the Visionary, Casey Cavell, spends 80% of his time on what only he can do. He is focused on big relationships, new partnerships, and content creation.
• Manage a team of content creators, freelancers, and experts in their field and ensure they are focused on producing consistent and relevant content that wow our audience.
• Project management, taking a big project, breaking it down into small deliverables, and ensuring the team keeps projects on track and hits deadlines
• Installing processes, systems, and automation and ensuring those systems are followed to provide an efficient and effective business.
• Running an organized, focused, efficient, and effective business where a team works together as one unit, all playing positions that suit their unique ability.
