About me:

Despite being only 22 years old at the time, I purchased a small apartment complex in 2007. This property turned out to be a huge success and started me in the real estate game. Since then, I have purchased two self-storage facilities and turned them into my brand of Always Open Storage. The first was in Danville, Illinois during March of 2009. In the first few months I was able to increase occupancy from 65% to 95% and add $250,000 in value within the first year.

I recently completed the purchase of a new Always Open Storage in Covington, Georgia. Amazingly I negotiated no payments for 18 months and purchased this property with no money down! In the few short months since my acquisition I have already seen a 20% increase in occupancy rates and I have built significant equity. I plan on purchasing several more facilities in the next few years and anticipates great results.

I am a lifelong and avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts and Atlanta Braves. In my spare time I enjoy playing golf, water sports, playing baseball and spending time with his family and friends.
